Membership Application
Yearly membership fees are $35 for Family Membership or $25 per Individual Member. While full membership is restricted as to residence, the C&P GSMDC strongly encourages interested parties outside of the club's geographical area (DC, DE, MD, SE PA, and VA) to apply for Associate Membership. Those who wish to learn more about the GSMD but do not own a GSMD may join as an Associate Member as well. Associate Member fees are $35 for Family Membership and $25 per Individual Membership. Please note that Associate Members are NOT able to vote or hold offices in the C&P GSMD Club, but are welcome to participate in every other facet of our activities.Please click the link below to download our membership application. If it's that time of year for you to renew, please click the link below to download our membership renewal form. If you have applied and joined the club after March 1, 2009. then you are current until this time next year. If you are uncertain, you can contact Phyllis Walker to confirm your status.
